City’s Mobile Office heading to Mfuleni

17 April 2025

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will provide municipal services at the Mfuleni Library on Thursday, 24 April 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer on the day.

The details are as follows:

• Thursday, 24 April 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Mfuleni Library, 11 Main Road, Mfuleni

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

‘We are bringing the City’s services to Mfuleni residents to ensure that no time and money is spent on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
